Orders are considered placed, when the order total funds are received fully on Dutyhook OÜ account.

Products are not intended for lifting loads or for use as personal safety equipment! All pricing if not notified differently is per one piece and supporting or illustrative details on secondary pictures are not included with products.
Prices
All prices are in EUR per one piece. There is option to overview approximate prices in some other currencies, but this is informational. All transactions are EUR based. Prices on the Dutyhook site are exclusive of VAT. According to EU regulation VAT will be added based on order Delivery Country. VAT will be collected by Dutyhook for the Order Delivery Country tax authority. For VAT registered business customers and for export outside EU the VAT rate is 0%.
In case you are EU business with VAT number, then please register as client with filling company data and VAT number fields and check order taxation before conformation. If no success, e-mail us info@dutyhook.eu to add your account to VAT excluded customer group. Your VAT free invoices will apply only after VAT number validation, they will not be applicable to set orders.
Payment
We use worldwide popular and trusted payment service PayPal, Montonio Finance and SEB Bank. Seller is Dutyhook OÜ, Masti 5, 11911 Tallinn, Estonia (vat registration nr EE100303377). You can make order for prepayment bank transfer also in EU. Bank details for payment are provided on order invoice.
Import Duty or Tax
Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
Guarantee & Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days in their original condition. In case condition is not original we may provide discounted refund based on item conditions. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us over e-mail info@dutyhook.eu before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge. Right to return is limited for parametric products (cut in size, 3D printed on parameters). Dutyhook has no retail outlet. All goods must be posted to Dutyhook OÜ, Masti 5, 11911 Tallinn, Estonia. We follow rules for EU consumer rights, please ask for more information in a need at info@dutyhook.eu.
In no event shall either party be liable to for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or contingent damages whatsoever. Seller’s maximum cumulative liability, for all claims and liabilities, including obligations under any indemnity will not exceed the actual amount paid by buyer for product sold. In case of dispute with seller EU customers can find online dispute resolution portal here.
Delivery
The delivery charge is automatically added to your order for deliveries up to 30kg and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. For orders over 30 kg ask for delivery cost or split your order.Unfortunately we have to charge carriage but we attempt to keep it to a minimum. We dispatch goods in stock within 2 working days. No shipping on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays of Estonia: 1 January, 24 February, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, 1 May, 19 May, 23-24 June, 20 August, 24-26 December. We deliver within EU countries in 5-28 working days. Delivery cost depends of the total weight of your order. You have the right for full refund or new delivery if order is not received in 30 days for EU countries and 60 days for all the rest. All items are delivered from Tallinn, Estonia, EU. In case your order exceeds our stock, we will notify you immediately over e-mail and propose solution you can accept or withdraw from your order with no obligation and full return of funds.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct contact information required for the delivery of the goods. The customer is obliged to accept the delivered goods under the terms provided by the carrier. In case of incorrect data or rejected or not claimed delivery, the delivery costs of the returned shipment shall be borne by the customer.
Credit Card Security
We do not handle or see your credit card information when the order is placed. All payments are handled by PayPal, SEB Bank or via bank transfer in secure and trusted way. Dutyhook gets notified that payment has occurred and goods must be delivered.
Data protection
We provide information needed for payment service to Paypal or SEB Bank, your address information to postal service for delivering your order. We do not share, sell or make public any of your personal information. Our own offers and newsletters you can subscribe or unsubscribe at your will. We do not collect customer browsing behavior. All cookies, browsing history is system based and provides only for your more convinent shopping experience and general statistics. We will delete all your stored account data on your request sent to info@dutyhook.eu (we have to store order and invoicing data as required by law). We respect your privacy.
