Shipping and delivery

• Orders placed before 2:30 PM UTC are shipped on the same working day. Orders placed later or at weekend or holiday are shipped next working day.
• In rare case of some products out of stock situation you are notified by email and can choose what solution works best for your needs.
• Orders are shipped internationally with Registered Business Maxi Letter. For EU countries, it may take 5-21 days for delivery, most commonly 7-14 days, and on rare occasions up to 44 days. For America and Australia, it may take 3-6 weeks for delivery.
• In case your order has not arrived in 28 days in EU or 42 days in other countries you have right to ask for full refund or new delivery.
• For tracking you should initially use provided tracking link, but for last mile please use provided tracking number at your country postal service provider tracking page.

Alternative delivery options are available in selected countries as DPD or Itella with pickup and courier services. These delivery times are significantly faster (commonly 3-8 days). To see the available delivery options for your country please proceed to checkout.

Shopping economically

• Transport cost is always the one thing you should economy. For making that possible, transport cost calculator is added to your basket. Consider that transport cost (Registered Maxiletter) changes by weight ranges, like 0-250g; 250-500g and so on. So sometimes it is reasonable to add more items to your basket to share shipping cost over more products and sometimes removing small item can make expected difference to your shipping cost. Just test with different baskets to find it out.
• Sometimes really exact dimension is important. If you require some dimension to be max or min and see in pictures close situation you can ask to deliver conditionally. Please ask in notification box in last screen before checkout to check the dimension before delivery. As sample "Please deliver 6mm shackles with opening min 19.2mm" So you do not need to order guessing or return items later because of tiny mismatch.
• As steel is heavy, returning items can be costly. If you are not sure, order samples only, test them and then make the full order. All deliveries up to 2kg are "Priority Mail" shipped. We ship worldwide.

• Additionally to traditional product category tree you can use filters. As sample for choosing M6 (diameter 6mm) bolt in length of 30mm you can choose first level of product category "Bolts" and then filter on left column dimeter 6mm and length 30mm…39mm. Then you will see all available choice of different head bolts matching the criteria. In the same way you can filter all main categories and most of subcategories as well.
• If you do not find needed product, but see it in Marinetech or Lindemann katalog please notify your interest to info@dutyhook.eu. We will find out how quickly we can provide it to you and inform you over e-mail.
• Store works best with Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera browsers. Internet Explorer is outdated and does not support all store functions.

• All items are provided by trusted European providers Marinetech, Lindemann, Würth etc. In these companies there is considerable quality control and you can trust to buy good quality products as they provide
• All pictures are made of real stock items to tell you the true story of the product. Pictures are on millimeter paper. This helps not only to understand general dimensions, but answers your questions about openings and internal dimensions as well. All items have some tolerances in dimensions.
• All items net weight is provided, to help you determine total weight of your construction.
• Most of the items are made of stainless steel AISI316 classified as A4 and meant for marine use, some specific are AISI304 or AISI410 classified as A2 and meant for outdoor, but not salty, acid or any other corrosion prone environment.
• All products are based on metric standard and thread is metric, marked as M4, M5 etc.
